Correct nutrition and calorie control is an absolutely vital part of your Personal Training. It’s the key to successfully reaching your weight loss and body fat reduction targets and is essential for a healthy lifestyle or optimum sporting performance.

As part of your Personal Training you’ll be provided with a Personalised Nutritional Information Pack which provides practical information about healthy eating and nutrition and gives guidance, inspiration and ideas when it comes to making food choices, controlling calories, portion sizes and reducing fat intake.  Your optimum calorie intake is accurately calculated and also contained within the pack.

In addition to this we also offer a more detailed Diet and Nutrition Service either as an add-on to your Personal Training or separately all together.

Simply send us a food diary and we will provide you with a detailed report which analyses the nutritional content of your current diet. It includes calories, carbohydrates, fats, protein and all of the 25 major vitamins and minerals. Any areas of deficiency will be highlighted and recommendations made on how to increase levels.

You’ll also be provided with a large selection of daily meal plans to follow based on your preferences and targets. You can even select special requirements if you’re Vegetarian, eat out a lot or even if you’re just a Chocolate addict!
