You will receive a detailed Personalised Training Programme covering the next four weeks of training, designed specifically around your current fitness level, goals and preferences.
For nutritional advice just complete a food diary for one week then e-mail it to us with details of your goals, preferences and a basic lifestyle summary. We will create your Personalised Nutritional Plan and return it by e-mail.
