We realise that some people are simply not able to meet with their Personal Trainer on a regular and consistent basis, yet really don’t want to miss out on the benefits of our guidance.

We also understand that there are other people who feel they are capable of training by themselves but occasionally run out of ideas, hit a plateau or need expert advice in a specific area of their training, lifestyle or nutrition.

Online Personal Training is our solution.

Simply e-mail details or your last few workouts along with a summary of your goals, health, lifestyle, preferences, training location and available equipment and we will plan the next phase of training for you.

You will receive a detailed Personalised Training Programme covering the next four weeks of training, designed specifically around your current fitness level, goals and preferences.

For nutritional advice just complete a food diary for one week then e-mail it to us with details of your goals, preferences and a basic lifestyle summary. We will create your Personalised Nutritional Plan and return it by e-mail.
