“Having never run before I approached Rob to train for a 5k race in aid of Breast Cancer. Within 12 weeks I could run non-stop for the entire distance! I am a keen gardener so he also created a functional strength programme, and carried out a posture analysis, which revealed unequal leg length and several muscular imbalances.
